Parkour Santé is designed for people who aren’t particularly athletic, those who want to exercise safely, or those who have lost some of their flexibility and agility.
The training sessions are designed to develop well-rounded practitioners—physically, mentally, and in terms of self-confidence. A single weekly session is often insufficient for sustained progress. In addition to the weekly training sessions, the comprehensive package includes one full-day session per month, which facilitates immersion and deeper learning.
Parkour Miramas remains true to its roots—nature and efficiency—while adapting to the needs of its practitioners.

Your child can no longer participate in sports, but if their condition allows it, they are encouraged to continue training in other ways. For example, they can observe, be present with their group, or help film for instructional purposes, which is helpful for individual progress.
Starting from the first week of training, the membership fee is considered a non-refundable donation to the association. No refunds will be issued.
To ensure fair treatment, no special privileges or exceptions will be granted.

Parkour Miramas has opted for an exclusively digital payment system to ensure financial transparency and simplify membership management. We do not accept cash payments.
Parkour Miramas offers payment plans in 1 or 3 installments, available to everyone. No individual exceptions can be made.
